The design of a gallery-access apartment building near the historic centre of Kladno offers modern and functional housing with an emphasis on aesthetics, spaciousness and community life. The building features two glazed facades that open onto extensive gallery walkways supported by colonnades. The galleries serve as outdoor corridors while creating space for social interaction among residents. Parts of the galleries are designed as private spaces for individual apartments, providing residents with a place for relaxation and rest. On the southern side of the building there is a large community garden, ideal for gatherings, social activities and relaxation in nature. Overall, the opportunities the building offers contribute to building a strong sense of community and support neighbourly relationships.
The parking structure in Kolín is a six-storey building with 151 parking spaces, located next to a historic castle. The parking levels rise by half a structural height due to spatial constraints. At the top there is a bar with a view of the city. The glass-block facade with square windows in a checkerboard pattern provides a unique aesthetic and ample natural light. The building combines functionality with modern design.
The design is a complex of buildings situated in a beautiful natural setting at the entrance to the Tiché údolí valley. Its main purpose is to provide artists and sculptors with a unique environment where they can express their creativity and focus on creating their works. For operational and technical reasons, it consists of 5 buildings that together form a fortress-like complex thanks to their distinctive appearance, functionally complementing each other. The complex includes a semi-public gallery space where artists can present their works to the wider public. The gallery is complemented by a café on the second floor. There is also one large sculpture studio and one smaller multi-purpose studio, both oriented north towards the garden.
